		<description>I'm surprised these projects would be going forward given whats happening. I am a realtor in Downtown Vancouver and i have heard from a reliable source here in Vancouver that if a project is not out of the ground it will not be coming out of the ground. 

Whats your experience in Seattle? 

Here in Canada we haven't been hit directly by the sub-prime crisis, but we have been indirectly effected by it. 

I'd love to hear your thoughts.</description>
