I voted no. My reason is that I use the MLS when I am looking for something specific and the public johnlscott site for simple & quick searchs for homes. (not an agent but I do work in RE)

Maureen, the NWMLS is the primary MLS in Western Washington covering 15 counties, and it covers the Seattle area . My company does allow it's listings (through the NWMLS feed) on Realtor.com.

I was considering a supplemental poll to see which websites people use. My condo blog gets 3-4x the amount of visitors as this one, so I'd probably get a little better response if I had it on that one.

Ben,

being an outsider, I have to ask. NWMLS is the MLS that you in Seattle belong to? or No? And your company has never had your listings on Realtor.com

I am watching your poll. I put one on my blog and I am thrilled with three people doing it, so far. 2/3 HER Real Living, 1/3 our largest competitor... I have hesitated to do polls because I get so few comments I was scared it would be ignored...
